Branch Managers to Security of Branch Manager in Addis Ababa at the excellence centre of Berhanbank
A refresher program called Standard Welcoming has been given for a half day from Branch Managers to Security of Branch Manager in Addis Ababa at the excellence centre of Berhanbank. This is as a follow up to a program given earlier on Customer relationship management. The program took everyone through the process to make both the internal and external customer experience be at its highest so that the bank feels fully satisfied in the performance of the employees while maintaining uniform approach that goes along with the brand and culture of the bank. The Program is conducted for a total of 230 participants in a span of 4 days in the 3rd weeks of April 2019.
