Customer Service Excellence training for branch managers and leaders of the United Bank

LITHWS through it representative, senior training facilitator and CEO, Mr Eskender Kassa, had the honour of delivering an inspirational and principle based program entitled “Customer Service Excellence” for 300 branch managers and to leaders of the United Bank on its annual meeting held on 29th day of July, 2019 at Hilton Hotel.

The management early planning, discussion on the topic and the clarification of expectation helped in designing the program. The openness of the participants with coupled with the experiential delivery of the workshop made the program successful.  We respectfully received appreciations and requests for further intervention from participants in this group and hope to have more beautiful works be done ahead. We are pleased to have our partnership with United Bank extended and look forward to give you more of our best services in the future.
