LITHWS delivered a 2 days workshop on Emotional intelligence and service leadership to staff members from different departments of Ethiopian airline

LITHWS delivered a 2 days workshop on Emotional intelligence and service leadership to 26 staff members from different departments of Ethiopian airlines. The workshop aimed on equipping participants with proactive skills that will drive change and enable them to deliver extraordinary service.

Participants stated that the workshop can never be more timely and which was powerful and transformational. It gave them out of the box thinking and very helpful in being focused on the visions of the Airline and achieves its extraordinary mission.

At the closing of the workshop, Mr. Fitsum Abady, Managing Director of Ethiopian Cargo and Logistics Services stated that Emotional Intelligence is the major aspect that corporate world is looking for and it is very important that participants apply the knowledge they have gained from the training to their personal benefit as well as of the airline.

Mr. Kagnew Fisseha, Vice president of ET Holidays & Digital sales, expressed his heart felt appreciation to LITHWS for taking the initiative to serve the airline community and the feedback he had heard from the participants was really inspirational and the airline will work with LITHWS in the future.
