LITHWS Training and Consultancy had carried out a two days Training for 26 management team members of Birhan International Bank S.C. From Jan 30 to Jan 31 on “Emotional Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management ”. The Workshop focused on developing the techniques and skills critical to creating an exceptional service-oriented work environment. Participants explored best practices for creating highly efficient service delivery teams and introduced to leadership actions and behaviors that will lead to superior levels of customer service.
