The workshops are designed in such a way that you get the most out of your time spent here at LITHWS,The workshops followed by intensive assignments as well as individual and group attention will help you answer a lot of questions that have been floating in your mind for the longest and manifest deep results in personal transformation. Programs are a month-long package with classes twice a week, as per your choice
