A two days workshop and was delivered for 34 staff members of Best Western international hotel on Emotional intelligence, Excellence in Customer Service, Time Thought mangment modules at the Best wetern Hotel on November 2nd and 3rd 2020.

Providing the trainees with proactive skills and mindset for Excellence  service was the goal of the workshop. The workshop gave the participants an out of the box thinking in transforming their life and achieving service excellence with effective learning and sharing sessions.

At the closing of the workshop, many of the participants were motivated and inspired as they stated the session helped them uncover their potentials and they gained new perspectives of service and customer relationship.

Working on personal growth and communication is a core to the service industry; that’s why LITHWS will use all of its efforts to help Best Western and other companies to achieve service excellence in the future.
